ISML 2013 Preliminary Period, Phase N-II
Phase N-II is a round-robin 1-vs-1-vs-1 tournament with groups of nine Candidates each.
At the end of this Phase, the winner of each Group advances to the Regular Season.
Remaining Candidates proceed to Phase N-III.
At the end of this Phase, the winner of each Group advances to the Regular Season.
Remaining Candidates proceed to Phase N-III.

This phase features a round-robin tournament within a group of nine Candidates.
Group winners advance to the Regular Season while the rest proceed to Phase N-III.
