ISML 2013 Preliminary Period, Phase S-I & N-I

Phase I is a free-for-all-style tournament involving pools of seven Candidates in each round.
Voters may select up to two Candidates in each pool during voting. Candidates are regrouped after each Round.
Stella Candidates are eliminated after each Round until 36 remain, who enter the Regular Season at the close of the Phase.
In Nova Division, 12 Candidates will enter the Regular Season after Round 4, and the rest continue to Phase N-II.
